Educational Restaurant
The Educational Restaurant is a part of ISO 14001 environmental objectives are organisational wide. ISO140001 principles are PLAN, DO, ACT and CHECK. UTM has had the ISO14001 certification since 2016.
The current 2020 environmental objectives that the Educational Restaurant is applying through the ISO14001 not limited to food production(cooking) only, but the entire supply chain within the UTM.
• Reduce CO2 emission caused by electricity consumption • Reduce water consumption • Reduce food scraps
• Raise general waste to recyclable waste ratio • Raise sustainability awareness
